Hey there guys. Before I go further I would like to tell you guys I'm actually new to the forum so pardon and go easy on me. Anyways I'm currecntly on a weight loss mission..I hit the gym in the afternoon and do hiit in the morning..so far I have lost some weight but I need to lose more. Initially I was told its not recommended to do sit ups for belly fat loss. I have stopped ever since but I'm kind of confused on what to do to reduce my belly fat ..anyone can suggest exercise to aid the belly fat loss ? Probably a video? They have a few in YouTube but I'm unsure of which exercise to try. Please advise me more and thank you in advance

No. As the previous poster said, you can eat fewer calories and/or burn more, and fat will come off - but not specifically from your belly. There is absolutely nothing you can do that will preferentially target so-called belly fat in any meaningful way.
So, diet and exercise until you are OK with your gut.
