    This is a completely honest review of exactly what I felt. I believe that in order for others to receive an accurate idea of a product a non biased review must be written.

    I have waited 2 weeks after the cycle to get a more accurate feel for how my workouts are without XFA now. I believe this helps to givea more accurate review.

    Training Routine during my 60 Day Cycle with XFA was 5 Days a week. I trained each body area once and was mostly doing a 6,8,10,12 Rep scheme per exercise.

    My dosing during the cycle was 5 Pre-Workout & 1 on Off days for the first 4 weeks or so. During the last 2 weeks I did 4 Pre-Workout and 2 on Off days.

    Positive Results/Effects:

    The most noticeable after the initial first week or so was a very large increase in strength and muscle fullness. This lasted throughout the entire cycle and really helped me quite a few new PR's. I will be listing some of them later in the review.

    Another noticeable key was that it gave me was good pumps in the gym. Alot of people are not using N.O. products while using XFA due to it also doing the job in this area.

    Last but not least was that I felt there was some good muscle growth in almost my entire body.

    Here are a few examples of new PR's I cracked will on XFA

    Leg Press Old PR 540lbs: 4 Reps New PR 620lbs: 5 Reps
    Hammer Strength Deadlifts Old PR 280lbs: 4 New PR 340lbs: 3 Reps
    Shoulder Machine Press Old PR 160lbs: 4 Reps New PR 200lbs: 6 Reps


    Negative Results/Effects:

    For the first 2 weeks or so I noticed an increase in muscle soreness. This dissipated after that and was like it would normally be. I also noticed a light increase in headaches which is one of the side-effects it can have.

    The most negative part of it all is now that it has been about 2 weeks or so alot of my gains are gone. I almost feel deflated. I know this is not in my head cause shirts which were tight before no longer are as much in certain areas. Also the muscle fullness is no longer noticeable. It's a little disheartening because I felt great while using XFA and it seriously is hands down the best product I've ever used for Strength/Muscle gains but if you lose the majority after-wards it just feels like a waste for just a few weeks of success in a way...

    Was I missing something in the way of supplementation after finishing my cycle to help keep more of the gains?


    Final Thoughts: So overall I am sold on XFA being effective as I know that it produced results for me. Of any product I've ever used before it had the most noticeable effects.

    Thanks for the thorough and honest log and final review, I too "deflate" slightly when i end X-Factor cycles due to losing the extreme glycogen storage capacity.

    I had gained 3lbs of bodyweight during the cycle. I think mostly muscle. During the final 3 weeks I starting cutting back calories and eating around maintenance and small deficit. My strength didn't drop during this time however which was great!

    I would certainly not recommend this unless your dosing like 1 Capsule a day for maintenance.

    If you do the recommended dosing of 4 Per day I would not go more than 50-60 days. Main reasoning is that you aren't supposed to be taking any fish oils or joint support while doing the main cycle as it nullifies the effects of the ARA. Long term without having Omega 3 Fish Oils for your body is not good...

    Low dosed (1-2) caps for extended periods of time is a solid route to take, but I wouldnt not recommend ANY supplement to be taken year round other than a multi vitamin, fish oil, and protein.
