Hello all. During college semesters I had enough time to workout 4 days a week, but now during the summer being busy I'm lucky to workout twice a week with the crappy hours that my gym has. So I was wondering what the best approach to working out for me this summer would be. I thought about doing SS but then I know that you have to be consistent with that plus I probably wouldn't be able to get enough calories. My ultimate goal is to gain muscle. I was thinking just doing a split of Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, and Legs/Shoulders and just do them in order whenever I can get to the gym. What do you guys think? Any better ideas and/or what exercises to fill my splits with and how many reps?
