Does any protein supplements come in pill form?as when i does not like to drink milk thus i cannot take whey protein.

a serving of whey is like 30-40grams. a 1oz pill?

dont put it in milk then...
also dont put it on cheese,
or in cream, as they would also not be good i assume...

uhhh.
Buy muscle milk powder, it's not real milk, and okay for LI people to drink, I love the stuff, but it's not the most potent either.

I have seen some protein pills, Called humapro i believe.

A scoop of about 25 g protein is pretty big and the pill count would be anywhere from 10-20 pills?
