    Cardio after new tattoo? (reps)

    Hey,

im gettin' a tattoo done on my forearm on Wedensday. It's not too big (a bit under the lengh of my forearm, and only on one side). I decided to not lift weight during the healing process, but I got a problem: I'm working once a week as a bicycle-taxi, and I have to work at a festival for one day this weekend. Will that damage my tattoo, or will it be ok?

    cliffs:
    - Getting small tattoo on forearm
    - Work as bicycle-taxi once per week
    - Will I be able to do the job without causing damage to the new tattoo?

here is an ass/10 for your help:
If you do what you always did, then you will get what you always got.

just don't scratch the tattoo or anything like that and remember to clean it thoroughly multiple times throughout the day along with applying the ointment they give you. i got a tattoo of my mom on my left shoulder blade / back and I was squatting the next day with no problems. no damage was done

bet the ass was worth it

sounds good. was just worring if the sweat could do any damage, but guess not if I just moist it often, and keep it lubricated

I also have one on my back, sweat will only make it hurt if it touches your tattoo because it is still an open wound. You should be fine though, just don't lift for a few weeks, I read somewhere that you can literally push the ink out of your arm of you lift on a fresh rat. Not sure if that's true though

I'm getting my back tattoo's touch up this friday, it'll be the 4time I'm going for my tattoo (pretty big total of 14hours or so) I just give myself 10 days after the tattoo, no cardio, work working out.

Now if your job requires lifting or running about like mine sometimes, it's fine it's not as if you'll be drenched in sweat, maybe towel it off gently/dabbing if you see it gets too humide.

Well mine was expensive and I love it so I just try to be as carefull as possible for 10days because I don't want anything to go wrong as it'll be on me my whole life.

Don't think sweat should affect it. I have no experience with tattoos but I knew a lot of football players that got them during the season and they continued lifting and playing.

This, my junior year I got mine it is down the length of my back. The next night I played an entire game with it and it looks just fine
Each evening I go to bed with doubt by my side and each morning I wake with doubt to greet me. It ain’t easy to live with that sh*t, but it is a part of the uncommon life. There are no promises or guarantees, only an untold future with no regard for your desire for comfort or security.
