I'm not a runner, at all. Hate it. But I do like vibrams for sprints. You get better speed in them and Vibrams help enforce good form too. If you land incorrectly on your foot you certainly feel it.
Yoga, I do barefoot or in my sprints, my feet and hands get really sweaty so it helps with your grip with some poses.
I like them for plyometrics too.
lawlz @ smacking your head. I've hit myself in the chin doing cleans before. ...and wacked my vag with a 20 pound DB. Ouch."Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint."

What's wrong with me
Since sunday I've been living on auto-pilot. Getting up, eating, sitting on the PC all day long and lifting. It all goes automatically, like there are no emotions, and to be fair, it's not even bothering me*288 Crew*

mom and dad???
gast kheb just et tzelfde,
I dont know what it is, but since I failed my year, I've been well not depressed, but I'm not happy either.
this how my day looks like nowdays:
I wake up
take a 1hour bus ride to work
work for 6hours
take a 1h bus ride to home
eat
game
sleep
with me it's the opposite, I seem to be the only one who didn't pass the year, feelsquitebadman
EDIT: you got Feest In Het Park to look out for, in 8days, might be good idea
