1/2c whites + 1 egg + brown rice = <3
Eating eggs and oats made me gag every morning until I decided to stop trying to force myself to eat it.
Resumes are off to the printer, today will be spent studying and doing paperwork.. yuck.. BUT I want our reimbursement for the move so I need to suck it up and file the damn paperwork.
Gonna go destroy my legs in a bit, and simultaneously see if my persistence in this job hunt is going to pay off or not.
Have a great day everyone!

Eggs=the perfect food, sprinkle nutritional yeast on them. NOOOOOOOOOM.
Brb, apartment hunting.
Really makes me rage how little you get for $500 a month in Providence. People rent phucking houses in Florida for this much. I get a tiny bedroom in the hood. DA FUK"Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint."

$500 is with a roommate, LAWLZ.
I'm peeping craigslist everyday and checking out the bulletin board at my work. Gonna head up to campus in a little bit and buy my books, prolly look at the boards there too.

This. Only reason I'm considering anything over 20k is because I want to buy a well built/engineered car that I don't have to throw money at every month just to keep it running. So no fancy sports cars or European trash cars, my dick is big enough for a manlet, I see no need to compensate with engine size.
So...
if I can get a great deal on a 2007-2008 Lexus ES 350 I would get it. Otherwise its used Subaru or Toyota.R.I.P Aziz "Zyzz" Sergeyevich 24/03/1989 - 06/08/2011

got adjusted today
had at least 5 fixations--- l5, t12, t10, t4, c5, and c2. awesome. student doc said that adjusting my throacic is like trying to go through a brick wall, and that apparently all of my muscles are in constant spasm. also said that chronic pain decreases brain function/cognition by 30%.
guess whose had chronic pain for almost 8 years, and has been scoring 75's/80s in difficult classes throughout their academic career?
fml i hope i get fixed.
on a side note just had my first grad school exam. unfortunately i got like 23/30 correct on it, becuase i am stupid. on a good note, though, i did administer my first adjustment this past weekend, and it went with no problems. it was a cervical (neck) adjustment, and the girl told me that i was flawless (she is about a year ahead of me). good speed, good thrust/velocity, correct amount of rotation, etc which made it completely painless.
i'm definitely confident i'm going to kick ass regarding most things hands-on regarding chiropractic... aka i feel like i'm going to be a great adjuster.
first client at new job in 2 hours. i kinda wanna cram in a nap but i don't think i'm gonna have enough time.
also... went over blood pressure and stuff in my phys exam lab. people said it was hard to take my bp cause my armlets are big and my humerus is short. lulz. one of my brahs asked me what it was like to have muscles, i lol'd.
Waffles and steak is awesome, btw.Team Manlet

FREAKING HATE PAPERWORK.
Filling out forms to take civil service exam and they make it all confusing and annoying. Why not just have the forms located in ONE place.
Then more paperwork to file claim with Navy for the move. Gimme back my moniez.

aye what's up people?
i have another question as usual. i hit my 150lb mark a few days ago and was excited, but i have come to realize, already, that i am breathing like a fat person. no offense to fat people but still. i was laying on my bed, talking to my gf last night and all i had done was went downstairs, do what i had to and returned upstairs and i was breathing heavy like hell. i mean even throughout the day, it was the same thing, when it came to the stairs, i was breathing heavy when i was done.
anyone started experiencing this at this weight? seems too soon brahs.
thinking of adding two 30 minute cardio sessions per week, to see if i can work this old heart of mine.
anyways hope everyone had an awesome monday. my own went by quicker than a blink, i sh!t you not.*If you have a personal blog you are looking to get readers to, and want to network with me, get at me in my inbox.
