i went food shopping tonight... spent $32. saved $24.32. feelsgoodman to save lotsa moniez. the local chain market around here has an online flyer. i hit that up every week and rape the buy 1 get 1 free list lolol...

i also made a ribeye steak with some rice and teriyaki veggies. i've eaten 14lbs of chicken in the last 10 days or so.

I made this knife roll last night (don't mind the lint & crappy lighting) that way I can take my own sharp knives instead of using whatever my in laws have laying around while I crash there and apartment hunt.

I don't buy it much, expensive as hell. I can get it for lik4 $6.99 per pound with 20% discount, but even so that's a lot of money. o.O

Yeah they got to choose it. That was the first wod and it was actually how they also decided the different "classes" I guess.

if somebody in the same weight class lift more he wins

you can change the weight before it's your turn

our gym power lifters use a trick our trainer taught them to do

for example:

u know your max is 5 plates .. (but you don't want to waste the energy)

so you say it's 3 plates .. if someone in the same weight class lifted 3 plates you go and just add 5 lbs more (you change what you gonna lift nom sayin?)

you gotta choose to be the last one to lift
