So I skipped out on 5am liftin' yesterday...went to bed too late and whopped from Friday's chest day srs. I figured it out. I'm freaking whooped all the time and was all "WTF P??". Yeah I'm still moving the same weights around on 700 fewer calories. Duh.
Anyway I cleaned a bit then said "nap or gym?" and ended up at LTF which was good since while I was there we made plans to take the neighbors out to dinner (moving to FL tmrw) and I had fries

Nice job on the deadlifts. Where is the yelling or intensity? You could easily add on another 25lbs for 5 more reps if you slapped your face a bit and started grunting and snorting and stuff. (srs)

I never ever yell or even really grunt like ever. I just don't. I'm not loud...in the gym.
My friend that spots me on bench tells me to "get mad" and I'm all "yeah that doesn't really work for me. I'm going to have a nice silent conversation with this bar and that's it".

Nice job P! That pic above = nice arms = you lift. Is that your Inzer belt in the vid? I still need to get one of those. X2 those LTF hexa plates suck for DL, I have never been able to think of a single logical reason you would need straight sided plates. And DON'T say "so they'd don't roll away" it is gym safety 101 to never leave plates unattended standing up, easily could tip and fall on a toe.

Stupid plates are stupid. When they were adding this crossift-like shyt in there were piles and piles of round plates and I was SO excited. 'Cept someone must have taken them for their home gym because they are nowhere to be found

So I was doing a second leg day as often as I could on Thursdays. I've now changed that to GluteDay Thursday Yeah I know I can add more leg stuff but I didn't today...just glutes and cardio.

Hit snooze way too many times so didn't get there until 6am so sped through the workout (kinda the point anyway) then a quick 15 minutes on the Arc to get back home for Hubz to leave for work. And this is why I get up early early...I hate rushing and could have done more cardio. Maybe this afternoon
I'm still at 1800cals and really really don't want to go lower so I'm hoping this CapsiBlast will help me stay away from less food! Trying to do at least 200cals worth of cardio on top of my crazy azz lifting! I'm whooped already not sure I could handle more cardio/less foodz right nowMy Journal

Aww, poor P!! I know how you feel- I didn't want to go lower than 1700 on average, as that number alone felt like it was killing me. Just hang in there- you will lose, it just takes a while!!! Forget the scale, trust the process
