Lookee what I did Friday
They will look better when the swelling goes down. Might do the diamond stud thing once they are healed. Had to pierce with barbells.
I had the middle one already which is why it isn't swollen.
(hey look it's flickr not giant pic!
Today is a rest day. Though having this BMF makes me wanna go walk on the TM or something. All telling me I've taken 14 steps today and stuff
Know what? I think my vodka tolerance is going down yay! Lulz.
Let's say I have 3 levels of consumption:::
Level 1=can still get up at 3am and lift just fine even though I don't do that anymore
Level 2=can still get up at 7am and get kids ready for school
Level 3=try not to get to this level often. reserved for Saturday night, maybe.
Last night I had level 2 (really 1.5 since I poured some out) while catching up on American Horror Story. Yet today I feel more like I had somewhere between levels 2 and 3. Which I'm sayin' is a good thing and part of why I wanted to quit boozin on liftin' nights
Last night's sleep was 7:20 at 94%.
350 deficit.
Up a pound lol. I still weigh everyday but only track Friday's numbers.

Hola P, how's it going. Sorry, I've been MIA, but I have been lurking. Did those piercings hurt? I had my eyebrow done one summer (had to get it done twice, long story), but it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would.

Hey E it's OK I know that feel. Journalslackeryep.
Nah not too bad. I have a high pain tolerance (birthing babies without drugs and all). I think it hurt worst a few hours after getting them done but since then they've been fine. Just need to remember to do the salt water soaks. I got my nose done back in September. I think I'm going through a mid-life crisis a little earlyMy Journal

That's cool!!!!! ... both the piercings and the fact that you're now using flickr I like piercings but #1 my husband doesn't like them #2 my body tends to reject them. I had a pierced belly button that never healed and I had to remove it.

Nice new piercings Early mid life crisis - no way!
Hum, I am a little jealous of everyone having these cool graphs and charts in their journals. They are really interesting. I am already way too OCD - having a contraption that tracks all that stuff may put me over the edge!
I love your drinking tolerance levels - 'fraid my tolerance is zero. Must work on that after the show.

ah 30 minute nap done
OK so here they are all in one spot some side-by-sides then I'm out to run errands.
I realize there are shadows and lighting and tan/whiteness, etc. I'm not unhappy, just so you know
I think my biggest blerg with these is my back doesn't look much different. And both were "fat" pics, you know?
June 2011 129# (and not sucking in) and Jan 2013 141#
My friend did the side-by-side and part of my traps are cut off in the 2012 pic but that's one of the biggest differences I see in these..shoulders came up a bit. Back=lats appear bigger but could be fat?
I don't know I'm not good at this stuff lol
Jan 2012 126# and Jan 2013 141#

Awesome pics!!! These are such great testimony for women not to be so obsessed with the number on the scale...focus more on body composition. Srsly cannot wait to see your body after the cut. Daaannnnggg!!!

Killer workout P!!! Gosh you are strong! No wonder you were worn out! I have been using a standing t-bar row... maybe I should try the lying one for a change. I just don't like that it squishes my boobs. Right now it's an issue because I actually HAVE boobs.
Wow... so in the first set of pictures you are 10lbs heavier on the right!?!? You done good!!! Your back, shoulders, and quads look thicker/more developed. I love seeing these kinds of comparisons!

Dood I think you look a million times better at 141! (Not saying you looked bad at 126, pls don't take that the wrong way.)
Been wanting to try that t-bar thing, but how the hell do you rerack it? You have to move it way back over to the side? I may be too tired to get it back over there at the end of a heavy set. Looks like all that force on the chest pad may make people's nipples hurt too.Current PRs:
