Ah wide wide pull-ups!! Like about as wide as I can go yay! Decided to drop the weight (haven't I put on enough anyway) and work on widening...yowzers.
Those wide t-bars were killer too!
Yeah workout on paper might not look too special but I'm beat!
And fat weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
I think I'll be taking the rest of the week to stick at 2500cals then I'm done. I think I've put up with this flubz about as long as I can lulz. Today I was getting into the shower and was pointing out my belly from the side (to Hubz) and I laughed at it. He said it wasn't that bad but I pointed out how "thick" my waist has gotten and he was all "wellllll...yeahhhhh" hahahaha! Anyway yeah see what Friday's scale day brings then drop, what, 250 cals to try and stop gaining? Up cardio a bit? Clueless over here...
I think I'm gonna nap. Figure my 20 minute nap is still better than spending 2 hours at the gym during school time

Nice workout.
Once you cut you will probably be able to do crazy amounts of pull ups since you are already doing weighted ones!"You pass on more to your children and your grandchildren than your eye color, your hair color, your crooked smile. I hope so! Sheesh! There's motivation to cut 10# right there lol.
Oh Red this has been a big eye opening experience for me for sure. When I came to this site I didn't really know the eat big lift big thing. I didn't know *I* could put on 20 pounds and not be pretty durn fat. I for sure wouldn't have thought I'd be one bulking...I thought I'd cut and just maintain! Bulking is way more fun and I'll probably do it again And you're right...I'm not afraid because 1)I KNOW I did this right 2)It'll come off with ease because of #1.
RB you know I don't like to be like everyone else
I will not so secretly admit I enjoy being able to even do them...always an audience.

I googled and that was about the only image without nudity!
I am imagining the first class hotel as a scene from HOSTEL... Did your coworker come back with all of her parts?
Thanks!
Yeah I really really want to keep my durn strength up! I have until the end of May to wear a bikini again (wait Spring Break is end of March! blerg!)...regardless it's not like I "have" to be lean lean soon anyway. I know I benched 135 for 1-2 at the beginning of the bulk so maybe it'll stick around a while...
In other news pics like this make me think I need to bulk for 2 years!
I was taking the pic because I was WTFing at the two leg extension machines being ON TOP of each other then that big space on the left of the pic. Stoopid.
I'm cuter than that^^ P.S.My Journal

Yay for bulking! You are right it is definitely much more fun! I've got 3 more weeks of this madness... then Disney... then I start the cut. I'm both ready and not ready. I am not looking forward to embracing the hunger but I am really curious about what's under here!
You look great!!! I, too, am amazed that I could gain 20lbs + and not be "fat." I've been enjoying the strength gains too and I'm concerned about losing them when I cut. Perhaps I'll manage to get the wheels up on my next bulk!

Successful bulk was successfull! Crazy pullups der. Mirin' your pic with a BMF on dat arm. BRB buying stock in that co, like 10 people in our lil group got hooked on that thing in the last 2 months! As for cutting IMHO once you think that BMF is pretty accurate for you then just use that, go 500 under (or whatever number you want to.) I wouldn't 100% depend on extra cardio, but no problem doing a little more and being able to eat a little more sometimes.
Should have bench pressed machine out of the way with your pinky finger while drinking protein shake in other hand.Current PRs:
