Those shockers suck. Usually whining and crying by the end. The little shrug+press is freaking brutal.
Yeah tortures are fun too...lol. Single arm front raise while holding other arm up then alt. Then side raises doing the same thing.
Sometimes that rage does come out even at the buttcrack of dawn!

I was a little tipsypostin last night so had to go back around this morning and see what I got myself into
So yesterday I weighed 129.8.
Consumed at least 3000 cals.
Pizza. Cheesy Bread. Babka (not a crazy amount...medium)
128.2 this morning.
So weird.
No throwing out that "babka=dehydrated" because y'all know I drink often.
Though wayee better than I was!
Today=rest day since I benched Tuesday instead. Slept from 11-10! Maybe I have mono? I really think my body tried to make up for the weekday early mornings. Went to the grocery store to buy bacon and eggs for breakfastforlunch today and HAD to buy turkey bacon too because I have issues. I'm going to try really hard to eat the fatty stuff though
Mom and dad want kids overnight so they will be gone around 3! Thinking dinner and a movie. Then tomorrow I have a dang on baby shower at 1...hello no football for P??????? Duh fuk? Stupid womanz planning a shower when the Bengals are on? Erg. I was half tempted to not go but then thought that might be just plain rude...lol.

3k a day, fark yes P! Lol at 11-10 sleeping hours, I do that on weekend days if I am not going anywhere that day, feelsgoodham.jpg, especially after I get up at 4:30am all week. (Oh damn you probably get up at like 2:30, haha nevermind!) How weird to hold any gathering on a Football Sunday, srs, don't people usually do stuff on Sat anyways since most people have to go to work Mon so they don't want to create a group of hung over, angry people that must be productive in the world? I am assuming the baby shower will consist of a lot of drinking. (I think I had this convo with Boomer before, the one she went to had no sloppy drunkenness, so odd.)
