I'm gonna. I promise. I already told one of my pals that I'm feeling taxed and my right shoulder is hurting (sore not real pain but when I came off myl ast inclines it wasn't feeling great but stretching helped. I think I'm gonna aim for 95 or 100 and see how it goes. Thanks for all the advice!

Lulz with the name stuff! We were at the aquarium for the company "picnic"...lol. No connectivity or I would have been lulzing last night.
I was listening to the video and I hearing/remembering my friends saying that righty was really working hard. They mentioned it because my left pec is stronger/bigger (I'm probably the only one that can feel it...not that I go around making them feel my chest...) and it's usually the dominator. I told them I was really focusing on righty (not entirely on purpose though, you know?) so the next rep I pushed as evenly as possible and it went up faster.
So next week...1-2 warm-up sets? Just 1? Then 95-100 for working sets I think based on my numbers over the last few weeks.
I weighed in at 130 this morning. Yesterday was french fries, sundae and a cookie at the aquarium then a few (literally) Doritos at home. Plus waiting for TOM to arrive. So if I'm still talking like this next week please gimme a smack upside the head, thanksMy Journal

I would probably do a warm-up set with the empty bar... then a set with maybe 65-75lbs.... then 4-5 working sets with 95lbs aiming for 6-8 reps on each set. I always have 2 warm-up sets before any exercise that I do, but that's just me.
I added 2 tbsps of PB and 5 oreos to my shake today (along with 1 banana and 3 scoops of vanilla protein).
It was farking GOOD.

Hahaha! The only reason I don't put it on my avi info is cause most would think I was joking. I've lived in Strongsville for a lonnnng time, started in an apartment here cause it was close to work and a cool city (has a Honeybaked Ham, huge metro parks, several grocery stores, giant mall, couple Subways.) Started lifting during that time, coincidence, I think not! Then looking for a house I actually did not look at a single one outside this city because I was determined to stay here and loved seeing my mail addressed like that, srs. I introduce myself to people as "Ham from Strongsville" semi-srs.
^^^Something like this is good, P. And work on your form, not trying to be the safety police but you need to keep your shoulders back and together, drive your traps into the bench, tuck your elbows, and keep your whole body tight. Please don't do your max weight every time, you will get hurt. I'm already currently posting shoulder rehab stuff in 3 or 4 people's journals, I don't want to add you to that list. Oh and doing your max over and over will not increase strength, it just won't.Current PRs:

OK so 2 warm-ups 4-5 working Oreos Got It.
Loud and clear. I said the same "won't make me stronger" thing to one friend.
Shoulder is still talkin' today but it's not PAIN PAIN and not all the time. Squats irritated it today, though.
I'm taking this week easy on chest and shoulders for sure.
