High-five!!
I'm really thinking this belt was returned (I don't care it looks and smells fine ) because it's not crazy tight. The first time I put it on it DID take a few minutes to get back off though...lulz. I'm actually using it as my "I must, I must, I must increase my bust" machine! My Journal

I'll get a giant canvas made
Agreed with 2plates. I hear ya P on wanting to get more comfortable with the RDLs first, but when you do if you drop your sets down to (AFTER warmups) working sets of 1-3 reps, 185 will go up no problem, I think you could do 225 on a confident day too.
10 x 45 (bar)
10 x 95
5 x 135
3 x 155
1 x 185
1 x 205
1 x 225
Whatchu think?My Journal

Interesting! I wanna try this DL progress thing, too. I might stop the RDL's on DL day and do something liek you instead. Currently I think I do 3x5 @ 155 so know I can do 1 of more. Not sure how much, though. Interested to watch your progress!!

update of sorts
Notes
Fail--Lordy that was rough. I shook it off after that fail but it really rattled me. Maybe because I've never failed like that? Good experience I suppose. They said I had those 2 plates but my mind got in my way. I absolutely DID NOT HAVE IT! They said I looked like I controlled it down then just got too far. I felt like that bar PUSHED me down. Got way too low and there was no freaking way I was coming out of it. I was embarrassed! Which is dumb but that was the first feeling. Then I was just super annoyed...lol. But I brushed it off and went for the 45+25 and got 3 and felt decent about that. Blerg! They were all "you went for it...you gotta see what your body can do! you got that belt for a reason!". My body could not do that. So yeah. But that pink belt looked good against the all black uniform and that's really what's important, right?
Smith squats--BLERG! They wanted to switch it up and use the Smith. Sure...P will try something new. I'm not sure I liked it. I think I like feeling the weight of the barbell so I know what I'm really getting into? Form felt great. That bar bruised my spine though! Like it's still sore today. Maybe because I wear a tank top? I had to use the pad it hurt so bad and I can do 135 on the oly with no pad these days. Since y'all yelled at me for using the pad before I'll try them on the Smith again in 2 weeks and go from there I suppose.
Foodz, etc--Back when I first started the cut (Jan) I cut out all weekday alcohol. I distinctly remember having to leave the house after dinner so I wouldn't want to pour a drink (total habit, not a physical need nor a "I want to beat these children" need. just a bad habit that tasted good!). I remember drinking a little over the weekend but not as much as I had been. I'll need to read back and see if I was eating a bag of Doritos or not, though. Anyway...then I got back into the habit of nightly cocktails and I think that was in March? April? Doesn't matter I guess. My food all day long is spot on then I have some cocktails (and NOT pretzels or any food with them). And the scale does nothing, really. So I am going to assume the lack of progress is either on the booze or amount of sleep. Right now the amount of sleep isn't going to change much so the liquor has to. There's no vodka in the house right now so I'm not going to buy anymore and just go at it cold turkey. We do have some beer but that doesn't temp me/have me wanting 12 like is used to Am I rambling? I'm not editing before I post...lol. Basically I'm recommitting. Yell at me if needed. Thanks.
The Scale--Yeah I still weigh myself daily. Guessing that isn't changing any time soon. I seem to be stuck in the 125-126 range. Still in size 4s. Still feel like I have a gut though. I'd get in a bikini but not comfortably. Luckily it's not very warm right now but that changes next week!
Generalness--I am lifting my arse off and doing cardio when I can. Last week I ran 8 miles total which might be more than I have been doing lately! I don't do it on leg day and today my quads are talkin so doubting I'll get any in today either. I'm loving lifting with friends and having them push me and I swear to you I'm seeing changes already with changing things up. I'm sore which I realize isn't that much of an indication of anything but it tells me I'm working muscles differently which can't be a bad thing!
I started the grape Hyper FX pre-workout last week. Started with small doses then yesterday took the full dose. WHOA! I like it a lot! Didn't hit me upside the head to fast and I swear that caffeine lasted me until 3:30 (drank it at 3:30am!). I usually need a nap on leg day (srs) and instead I cleaned a bunch (3 bathrooms!), touched up some paint in the master bath and did 4 loads of laundry. It didn't help me get those 2pps but whatever
Mother-in-law asked me what my goal was "with all of this". I said to look like I'm 30 when I'm 50? Lol. I don't have actual weight lifting goals other than to do better than the last training session. I guess I now have the goal of 2pps Smith squats

I've only tried smith squats twice and both times they've felt so awkward to me. I hate that I can't move the way I need to. It's the same reason I don't like machines. The Smith always bothers my knees really bad.
Ugh, I have squats today. I looked forward to them while bulking, but they're no fun at all on super low cals.
P.S. I posted up some random pics in my journal last night.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
