    lats sore from pullups?

    hello

    so i am trying a full body routine the first day i done 3 sets of pullups and the next day my lats are sore
    well i rested 2 days and my lats are still sore?
    what should i do work them or skip the lats exercises

    am i doing the exercise wrong or what cuz i never had sore lats before

    If you find yourself sore that's a good thing dude... Keep working hard and they become much easier...

    If I find myself REALLY sore I go do some cardio to break up all that lactic acid

    I should have been more specific.

    If you find yourself sore just start doing some cardio/stretching after your workouts (works for me)

    Pull ups work your lats. Its normal. Work them out, two days is long enough to rest, soreness doesnt really mean anything.

    If anything, warm up and stretch your lats better next time you go workout, so the soreness will be gone by the time you hit your real sets.
