OK cool...I thought that was how it would work, just wanted to be sure! So like the beginner, in the later cycles u just repeat the weight if u don't hit all 5 reps at 105%, got it!
I didn't want to start posting over here till I was completely ready, whatever that means, lol! Just wanted to finish that f'ing last cycle...pretty much kicked my ass to say the least, but I'm stoked like all hell to be startin another program...now I can be excited about it! You know what was weird...my last cycle, last week (bench @ 175) I got 11 & 9 reps...yesterday testing I put on 190 so I wouldn't get over 10 reps...well I got 10 clean reps & stopped, prolly another in the tank but no spotter so that was it! Think I was just completely wiped out from squats the other day

I was thinking of trying this regime possibly. Ive been working out for years, and have recently been back in the gym 6-8 months with decent gains. I did gethin's workout and have been doing my own routine lately. I have never done a full body workout and typically have done 2 musclegroup workouts along with cardio. Will "intermediate" help me or will I stall fairly quickly? Im also leary of only lifting twice a week, although the Intermediate 2 is 2 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 2 days off. What do you think?

Work out 1 & 2 seem to be the most popular! I'm sure you will benefit from one of these programs! I'm gonna start runnin #3 Monday cause I'm on a cut right now...in the past All Pro has mentioned #3 being a good choice to run at a deficit! His programs are something sweet for sure...I just came off his beginner program after almost 8 months & loved it! I can't wait to run through a couple if these intermediate programs! Hey atleast you'll be runnin something different for a change of pace anyway! Don't think u can go wrong with his stuff though!!!

I've sent AP another pm. I really hope he responds.
I'm probably going to run the 636 one more cycle and switch up. I'm getting bored. I really want to go back to #2 but hate working out 4 days a week. I'll probably bounce to #3. That's the one all pro sent me a while back before he posted all of these and I liked running it.
He posted a 525 back several pages ago but didn't go into details so I can't run it. Guess I could tweak it the best I know how using the 636 format. hum(formerly known as Deviant Motive)

That's cool...that'll be nice to hear from him do we know nothin bad happened!
You crack me up! I think I'm gonna end up the same way though...will all these options now, lol! I think I'm gonna be liking this #3 though! I'll have to look back a few pages for that 525 program & take a look at it! I've only read through a third of this thread do far!

The 525 he posted seemed to be based the same as the 636 but dang it, he didn't go into details before he just up and disappeared so I didn't get a chance to get details. He created these as a template basically. They aren't written in stone but more like, left up to you to tweak as you see fit for YOU.
Some have come up with a combination of #1 and #2 & he liked the thought.(formerly known as Deviant Motive)

Yeah that 525 seems pretty wild! Looks like he had some other stuff that was soon to pop up with the tease hints & all, lol!
I started program 3 yesterday...seems pretty cool...only thing, I did my warmups at the right % but for some reason I used the % of my 10 rep max cause I was so used to the beginner program ...I was thinking the workout seemed easy, even for dropping my 5 rep max weight by 10% to start for a run up! I now realize the warmup % is of my 5 rep max & not 10 rep max, lol!

I cant believe this, but I pulled my right upper Glute tonight doing squats! Stupid mistake as I was a little rushed & instead of wearing my flat shoes, I wore my new squishy running shoes...rolling all over, lost balance comming up & leaned over my toes...let the weight go (thank you safety bars ), but I felt it right there! Gotta take some time off squats...atleast 2/3 weeks, whatever it takes really! DAMMIT!!! All this anticipation to finally start an intermediate program & then this BS, lol!

Thanks dude! I really am pretty lucky though I guess...first injury in 8 months & u know how hard things got in that beginner program ! Plus I can still do 80% of the workout for however long it takes! Got any ideas to try & keep my legs in shape? I know I'll loose alot but obviously I want to keep the loss minimal, lol! maybe I'll just start doin cardio to keep my legs movin...besides, I am on a cut!

So you're runnin it as AB off AB off off? Gotta have the rest man! Important part of our addiction ! Just run it for a couple cycles & see if u change your mind...I'm thinking u will! That seems to be his most popular program so it must do pretty good as is! Read through this thread if ya haven't already...see what some of the guys did with it, some pretty good ideas if ya get bored!
