Completely satisfied with the Squat, that's exactly what I was planning. Bench went even better, I thought that I had 142.5kg in me at most, so I was extremely happy with the 145kg. As for the Deadlift, the 10kg PR is good, but I had more in me. Unfortunately I felt my injury act up a little after the 240kg pull, that held me back. I really wanted that 600kg total, but missed it by 5kg because of the Deadlift.
