I've been pussyfooting the gym and changing my body for a couple months, now. I lost 20 pounds and gained a bit of overall strength. Time to take it full-on.

I can just post nutrition logs here as well, I hope. Seems easier to keep all together.
Breakfast:
Shake consisting of skim milk, whey protein, strawberries, and raw oats.
Krill oil.
Multivitamin. (HIT Vitalizer.)
(Note to self: actually chew oats next time. I'll regret this later.)
Chest/back day:
Bench press - 175 x 7, 180 x 5, 185 x 5, 190 x 5
Deadlift - 245 x 5, 5, 5, 4
Dips - 25 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 4
Pull down - 132 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 6
Dumbell press - 120 x 8, 8, 7, 8
Post workout:
Beef protein isolate serum (gag. not the best tasting mixture in the world.
