I eat and thoroughly enjoy egg whites; for some reason you now think you are smarter than me. This makes me smile.

Is that the Sara Lee bread? That stuff is always around my house while cutting (well year round really because I am always a volume eater). I have that with some strawberry WF jelly and reconstituted peanut flour. It is a PBJ to me
Shirataki noodles made into a stir fry
Broccoli
Kroger Carbsmart yogurt (8p/4c/1.5f)
Puffed wheat/corn/kamut
Arctic Zero Ice Cream

-Yogurt with bananas and a scoop of protein
-OATMEAL COOKED WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND APPLES!!!! I think I'll make a pot right now!
-Cabbage and cornbread
-Large Spinach salad loaded with fruit and nuts plus light/fat-free ranch
-Home-made whole-wheat french toast and egg whites
-Throw your favorite vegetables and fruits into a blender with water. You'll have a large drink that's low-calorie and filling
-Home-made protein pancakes or desserts (cheesecake)
I try to pick things that I can eat a nice size portion of without blowing my macros away.

Thanks slovation! I appreciate the post, I've been following along in your
thread in the nutrition log section. I'm just like you (lots of volume when it comes to food, hence that's why buffets are my fav!) and I love all of your recipes. Keep up the good work!
Edit: just tried arctic zero today, it was amazing. Cookies n cream ftw!
