You're right, I was wrong to state that men have it easier. Men and woman are biologically very different and it takes different methods of training for men, women. As well as body building, figure, and bikini but all of the training is challenging. I stand corrected.

I don't like muscular girls. Most guys dont. Girls dont look good with muscles, or being "toned" for that matter. A nice ass is perfectly fine, and its kind of a turn off when a girl wants to bench press/lift weights seriously.

Hahahah, you're 15, that's okay. 15 year old girls can't really build muscle anyway.

Honestly, I think either sex can get "too" muscular. I think muscular guys are sexy, but there's a point where it's too much for my personal preference.

Your first comment answered the whole question. SOme folks like muscular people, some like skinny, some like a little heavier....its all about personal preference. Date the woman/man you are attracted to and dont worry bout the rest.

Well, I'd say 99.99% of young teen girls (like young teen boys) really can't build visible muscle. Your hormones don't make it at all easy at that age, and your body is using so many calories for growth and development that it would be very, very difficult to build at that age.

I'm sorry, I've yet to hear a man go to a bar and complain he had to leave because there were too many female BB's around and no 'normal' women. Where the heck is this bar? Some fantasy city or planet called Olympia?

Female teen novices can build muscle, albeit at a slower rate than their male counterparts. The problem is finding a teen girl who will actually put the food and dedication into it, rather than trying to lose weight (even those girls with little weight to lose). Even if she DID want to gain muscle and strength, you then run into the issue of outside influences (poor to no coaching, peers mocking her, dealing with homework or ******** instead of lifting).

There are some exceptions, like yourself I'd imagine, but the average 15 year old girl isn't likely to have had much luck gaining visible muscle.

if a 15 year old girl can be obese and overweight, there is no way that appetiete cant be channeled into growing muslce if they choose to dedicate the effort.

I don't know why you posted this in female misc, but I saw it on the main page and I'm just not attracted to muscles on woman because its too masculine. I don't like seeing a predominantly masculine feature on a girl I would otherwise be attracted to. Its that simple.

Totally true. It's not impossible by any means, it's just harder for a teen than it is for an adult, with stable hormone levels who is done growing. If a girl has the appetite to get obese (health problems not withstanding) she could eat enough to build muscle if she lifted heavy.

not sure how this thread got off topic like this but lolol Women/Girls physically peak much earlier than Men/Boys but for a much shorter period of time. This window of opportunity has widened over the years with better information in female training and such, though I do believe it is much more difficult for a female to remain at her physical peak. Where it is common for a male pro athlete to compete at a high level well into his mid 30's, it is uncommon on the women side. Outlying factors (such as pregnancy, raising family) excluded, it is very rare. This though excludes BB IMO where muscle maturity/mass in a men and women does take time to build, where you'll see (actually both men and women) the winner of the Mr or Ms Olympia usually being around in their mid 30's

    No offense taken .

She should be confident, but I don't like her head to get to big, since mine is already rather large (figuratively).

If that was the case you would not want a door friggin mat. That is so boring. I like a woman with a sheet load of spunk.

For my standards, there would be very very few women that can become 'too muscular' without anabolic assistance. For the remaining 99.9999% of the women population in the world they can weight train until they are blue in the face and i still wont think they are 'too muscular'.

It's not that the girl is muscular.....it's that she has the body of a man. Why would your average joe like that?

Ion has made it clear that he likes dumb ("ditzy" I believe he called it) silly, girly-girls that look pretty. Good for him. Just goes to prove there's someone for everyone.

To the original post: If a dude doesn't like (your) muscles? **** him! My appearance and "style" is 180 degrees of what is conventionally considered appealing or sexy. There are still men who find something about me interesting enough to want to get to know me. You will find someone who adores everything about the way you look.

    Oh?

I recently saw a 2011 Junior National gymnast, in person. She did some floor stuff, in street clothes. She was athletic as hell, very muscular. My daughter, who is 9yo, is getting pretty buff from doing judo, as well.
