Inzer's pos ratchet belt decided to get stuck on me. Every time I went to loosen the belt it would actually get tighter. After reaching the belt's max tension I decided to call customer service. 20 minutes of being on hold I was told to send the belt back when I figured out how to get it off because they didn't know how. Seeing as I didn't have access to the jaws of life at Uconn, I called the fire department who assisted me =)

How many idiots does it take to get off a belt. The belts are supposed to be tight. If you were smart you would have wrapped it around a pole and pulled away from it. Just goes to show kids shouldn't use big boy toys.
