Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and see if I can start getting some info flowing to my Brain.
I Have been overweight most of my life and the biggest I got was 265. 8 years ago a got a personal trainer and dropped 50 lbs and ended up gaining 25-30 lbs of it back. A few months ago I decided I had enough of feeling like crap and being tired and overweight all the time. I went to my Dr. and did a weight loss program through them and lost 40 lbs in 3 months. I have decided to go all out and transform my body and life once and for all. I am new to Body Building and looking to gain information from all of the experienced members.

I am looking at trying to find a program that will help me drop my body fat, and gain a little muscle mass. I have tried to come up with a good stack of supplements to use and this is what I have so far, please let me know if there is anything that should be added or taken out and the reason. These are ones that I gathered by talking to a few people not sure if they are good or not.
Good multivitamin
Good Protein Powder
Creatine with Ethyl Ester
Forskolin C-Bolic
Myodex
Terrestris
Arganine
A good start would be NOT to focus on supplements. They make like 0.1% difference, you would be better served by getting the fundamentals right first. This should help get you started:
