Some people have asked for help regarding posting pictures or videos. Here is a brief explanation. If you still need help - ask on here or send me a PM.
Hit reply with quote to this post and you can see the exact syntax used. The link to the picture is preceded by img and followed with /img enclosed by [ ].
I upload all my pictures to photobucket.com (free site) and then there is an option to copy the link in the exact format needed. Or you can find pictures on the web and follow the procedure mentioned above.
Videos - I think the only videos you can directly embed in your journal are you tube videos. Create a youtube account and you can upload any videos you make there and then embed them in your journal.
This is a link to my final recap of my IAJ Challenge from last year.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x1JrU_GkMGw
To embed it in your journal, you put everything after the = sign x1JrU_GkMGw of that line with youtube preceding and /youtube following enclosed by [ ]
Give it a try - if it doesn't work for you leave it up and I can take a look at your syntax and let you know what is wrong. Pictures and videos are a must for a quality journal. You need 50 posts - if you aren't there yet - why not. There are over 80 IAJ logs out there you can post to.

APRIL 4, 2012 GVT PULL DAY
WORKOUT
BENT ROW
10 reps x 10 sets
Added 5 lbs from last time and struggled the last couple of sets but got them all in - so will be adding 5 lbs again next time.
SHRUGGS
10 reps x 8 sets
9 reps x 2 set
I need to get me some wraps or hooks. I almost got some when I was at the Arnold but I didn't. I will have them for next time.
EZ BAR CURLS
10 reps x 10 sets
Added 5 lbs here and got through all 10 sets - might of cheated a little on the last couple reps towards the end but I tried to keep my form really strict. Will probably keep the same weight next time since I cheated a little on the form.
STRAIGHT ARM LAT PULLDOWNS
10 reps x 3 sets
Felt pretty good today so added 5 sets of these that I read about in M&F Magazine. They really isolate the lats and take the bicep out almos entirely. Really a nice finish to my Pull day.
SUPPLEMENTS
1.5 scoops of JUGGERNAUT HP - Crimson Punch - about 20 minutes before leaving to the gym. The combination of GVT and JUGGERNAUT HP is providing me with some epic pumps. Finished up my Infinite Strawberry Whey after the workout. Third day of Cyclo Bolan - still too early to really see any results from this product. A MultiV - Fish Oil and Joint Support finished up my supplements for the day.
NUTRITION
Not sure where my macros will end up for today as the family is taking my mom out for dinner tonight - otherwise it's been solid.
1.5 cups Quinoa with Blueberries, Walnuts and smidge of brown sugar
Tuna Fish Samwich with spinach and tomatoes. 1 cup cottage cheese.
Apple with Natty PB with vanilla whey.
Leaves me some nice room in my macros for dinner tonight.Certified Personal Trainer

Just a quick update. Cardio this morning - 10 minutes HIIT on the stepper followed by 16 lap circuit(1/8 mile per lap) on the indoor track. Run a lap followed by various exercises (push ups, russian twist, ab wheels, wall sits, burpees etc). Then a nice long stretching session.

At the Olympia, all VIP ticket holders get in 1/2 hour early to the expo. Lines get pretty long waiting but having the extra 1/2 hour when very few people are there gives you a great opportunity to get to the busier booths before the expo opens to the general public. What does that mean........... you know what they say - a picutre is worth a 1000 words.

CREATING AN AWESOME JOURNAL
Hopefully you all are now able to post pictures and videos in your journal - as well as adding some nice color, bold and large fonts. I mentioned that it's a nice to touch to add what supplements you are taking and how much, and even a brief write up of how those supplements are helping you out. Periodically, it would also be beneficial to add a full review of one or all the Infinite Labs supplements you are using. When reviewing JUGGERNAUT - here are the areas that you should be hitting:
TASTE
MIXABILITY
PUMP
FOCUS
STRENGTH
ENDURANCE
OVERALL
Using a rating scale is always a good way to go.
The amount of JUGGERNAUT Challengers is growing and it's going to be very competitive trying to land one of the Five Grand Prizes.Certified Personal Trainer

What is up Bill?! Hope you had a blast at the Arnold. Actually, I KNOW you did! I see you're back at it. At least in your log...I know you never stopped and probably never will. Are you just keeping your log or are you in the running as the reigning champ? Of course I'm hard at it. Started my cut 2 weeks ago. It's almost bikini season you know. Finally switched gyms! Couldn't stand being at the university with all the college students any longer. Just too crowded and the parking stinks. Now I'm at the local gym with my "kind" since I just turned 30. LOL. Wish I could've gone to the Arnold. I sure thought about it. I think I'm going to the Olympia again this year.... Just a note on your thought about straps. I recently ordered some Versa Gripps. I rolled my regular straps up and set them aside. The versa gripps are far superior if you're looking for some good quality, but the regular straps work too. Used them for yrs. Good to see your activity bud. Holler at me sometime.

Hey B - good to hear from you. Not defending my crown but just here for support and helping out. I almost bought the Versa Grips when I was at the Arnold but didn't pull the trigger - will probably pick a pair up online this weekend. I'm thinking about hitting up the Olympia this year and making it a long weekend with my wife. Glad you found a better gym - 30!!!!! wow you are catching up to me. Pretty soon you can join the 40+ IAJ Crew!!
Thanks Kenny - more than happy to help you guys out.
I'm really liking it and probably will go at least 8 weeks before I think about changing things up. I was thinking of alternating deadlifts and rows for my back- but may add in a couple days of pull ups.Certified Personal Trainer

ARE YOU GOING CRAZY TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH ALL THESE JOURNALS??
Here's a way to ease the burden. Did you know you can subscribe to a thread and put them in folders so they are readily available. Here's what I did. When you are in a IAJ thread there is a "Thread Tools" option at the top of the thread. You can click on that and then select subscribe to thread. When you select that option you can create folders to place the link into. I created 7 folders - one for each day of the week and place the link in one of the folders to divide them out evenly - this way I don't have to wonder if you made a visit to a certain thread or not. To access those folder just click on "Quick Links" at the top of the page. Makes things a lot more managable and takes out the guess work.Certified Personal Trainer

Outdoor soccer is starting up next week. I play in leagues on Friday and Sunday - so I will be cutting back on the legs until the season is over. Still be working them but no where near as heavy.
FRIDAY GVT - LEG DAY
LEG PRESS
Went light here and skipped the squats
10 x 10 360 lbs
CALF RAISE
10 x 10 140 lbs
HIP ABDUCTION
5 x 5
HIP ADDUCTION
5 x 5
HAMSTRING CURLS
10 x 10
Spent a good 20 minutes stretching and another 20 minutes doing core/abs.
SUPPLEMENTATION
JUGGERNAUT HP
1.5 scoops of Crimson Punch JUGGERNAUT HP - 1.5 scoops is the sweetspot for me. Noticed I nice boost in energy and focus that was there at one scoop, but a noticable improvment for sure. Pump was decent but I didn't push really hard so wasn't expecting much.
CYCLO BOLAN
End of first week. Feeling I'm starting to get some of my abs back. Third week of my cut but only my first week of Cyclo Bolan but this is the first week where I actually feel like I am making progress in my core/abs.
Also took my usual MultiV, Fish Oil and Joint Support.
NUTRITION
Got of work early and went golfing with my son and brother. Got out some Talapia before I left to make when we got back. My wife ordered pizza from our favorite Pizza place - Antonios...... I couldn't resist. Had two pieces (My son had 7) and a small salad. Saved the Talapia for Saturday after my workout. Macros without the pizza.

Chin-up ???
Okay. to be blunt I suck at chin-ups. I can do three-four tops before my forearms and grip give out. I can get another 1-2 if I use straps, but I don't like doing that. My question is Can I do chin-ups/Pull-ups everyday just after my cardio and improve over time or am I stuck doing it once a week for optimal growth in strength and size???????? I posted in mine as well hoping to get several answers so I have a good set of Ideas to go by.Will Hunt For Food, wait,! I do hunt for food!!!!!!!!

Posted a reply on your thread. I think you should do them more than once a week if you want to improve the number you can do. Focus on doing them in good form with no kipling or cheating. Do them about 3 times a week and try to do one more each time. You can also do negative or use straps and that will also help you increase the number you can do.

I'm stealing this idea off of the Junior JUGGERNAUT from the 2012 Arnold Portion - CyberSteak! You should really check out his thread to see what a quality journal should look like. I will be using this to share my experience with all of you that I had doing the challenge.
Today I am sending a shout out to Junior Juggernaut for the Arnold winner txfirefighter05 (Brandon). Here is a link to his Journal ----> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...=txfirefighter
Although he was in the Arnold Portion - Brandon started right after the deadline for the Vegas portion. Brandon was one fo the first challengers to finish his 12 weeks but he stuck it out to the very last challenger finished - that says a lot about what type of individual Brandon is. While Boog pushed me the most on the Journal end of things, Brandon pushed me the most as far as workouts. There was a whole seperate challenge section that was being run within this contest - doing various workouts for time to see who could do the best. Whenever I mentioned I was going to do a challenge, Brandon was right there with me. While I did these various challenges I had in the back of my mind that Brandon was out there doing it as well, pushing me even harder to do my best. You guys should check out the challenge thread and compete one of the challenges we did - I highly recommend trying the "Murph" or the 1000 Rep Challenge.
Brandon was also a great in his support to his Juggernaut family. You guys would be wise to check out his journal and check out his winning approach to the challenge.
I met Brandon at the Olympia - one of my many highlights from my trip!
As you can see - you really start to develop a bond with some of the other people from this challengers.Certified Personal Trainer

No problem B. Without people like you and Boog I would of never accomplished the things I did. Do you plan on going to the Olympia again this year? I'm trying to find a way to make a trip down there. We already have a 2 week Alaskan cruise in May then a week in the Outer Banks scheduled for this year - so it might be tough.
Great - if you do any of the challenges make sure you post it in both your thread and the thread Brandon provided as well! Any other JUGGERNAUTS up to the task??Certified Personal Trainer

Spent the weekend doing lots of sprints at the soccer field and general running getting ready for our Outdoor soccer season. Our Friday team should be pretty good but I'm expecting a championship with our Sunday team.
Monday was GVT Pull Day - details to be posted.
Did you guys know the new formula of JUGGERNAUT HP contains Agmatine.
Check out the link below to read an interesting article about agmatine on bodybuilding.com.

MONDAY - GERMAN VOLUME TRAINING - PUSH DAY
Pre Workout
1.5 cups quinoa with blueberries and walnuts.
1.5 scoops of JUGGERNAUT HP 20 minutes before workout and 1 capsule Cyclo Bolan NT.
WORKOUT: GVT - PUSH DAY
FLAT BENCH
10 Reps x 10 Sets
Changed up from Incline Bench from last week. Picked a good starting weight to complete the full 10 sets @ 10 reps.
SEATED OH PRESS
10 Reps x 10 Sets
Added another 5 lbs from the previous workout and was able to knock out 10 reps / 10 sets. Good to see since I struggled to get 10 reps and 10 sets at a lighter weight.
TRICEP PULLDOWNS
Did 5 sets of regular grip and 5 sets of reverse grip. Only rested 30 seconds between sets on these.
The GVT program does not call for anything else but I usually add a supplemental lift or two. For this particular day I added some 3 sets on the pec deck.
SUPPLEMENTS
JUGGERNAUT HP
1.5 scoops of JUGGERNAUT HP is my sweet spot - Crimson Punch. Taste was very good - used a little less water this time - about 10 oz. Energy and focus was better with 1.5 scoops - felt like I got a better initial jolt that I didn't feel at 1 scoop. Wednesday I think I will crack open the Pink Lemonade.
CYCLO BOLAN
Still Taking 3 capsules split thru the day. Will wait about 2-3 weeks before I do my initial review.
Other supplements I am taking include Orange Triad MultiV and Nature Made Fish oil. I will take a whey shake or mix some in my oatmeal or peanut butter to help me reach my protein macros.
NUTRITION
I am currently in a cutting phase coming off my first attempt at a bulk. Today Macros:
Protein = 215 grams (Goal = 220 - 240 grams)
Fat = 95 grams (Goal = 100 - 110 grams)
Carbs = 233 grams (Goal = 200 - 225 grams)
Little short on the protein - but not too bad.Certified Personal Trainer
