Pain in Groin during Leg Press / Squats.

Just started getting a pretty sharp pain in my groin while doing squats and leg press.

I was out for about 6 months with some kind of fracture in my groin, missed my bball season and didn't lift. I just started again about a month ago, and I started off light. I did physical therapy and I was ready to go. When I came back, I was going light and everything felt fine. I squatted and leg pressed, everything was back to normal.

Today, as usual, did my leg workout. First half of the workout is plyos, jump ropes, etc for vertical jump. Then I go to squats and leg press.

That's when I started getting a sharp pain on both the further I went down. Started really hutring more once I went past parallel. Wasn't getting this before, not sure what it was.

Any ideas? Anyone experience this before?

I'm pretty sure I was stretched and warmed up because I did pretty intense plyos and was feeling fine.

It could be a flexibility issue or you just went harder than you should've. Six months out of the training game is enough for someone to lose quite a bit or strength. A fractured groin also doesn't make that any better for you. Is it still fractured?

Nah. It's good, and I started lifting a month ago, when it was 100%.
