x2!
i sorta bounce around with the flex and CL's multi/joint product. Depends on deals etc but when I am pushing the heavy heavy stuff I make sure i got 2 cans of Flex and 1-2 bottles of Cissus. I've used SupperCissus and felt it helped "calm" my achy delts down. Def worth cycling in and out at the minimum. Hmmm, not sure if ur supp to lay off the stuff a bit.Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

Both are very good together as they work in different ways.
Animal Flex is an all round joint aid supplement with everything needed to help the tendons and ligaments from deteriorating and keeping them in a good working condition.
The SuperCissus has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. People have seen good improvement from injuryand also have felt that their joints are stronger from using Cissus. Most of the info on Cissus is around Bone fracture healing but as said people who have used it have found benefit in the joints too.
I would personally run both for overall benefit. But first and foremost if you have picked up a joint injury you should really get this checked by a professional to assess what damage has been done as in most cases rest and recouperation is the best start followed by lighter work and supplementation.Believe to Achieve

First, I agree with Mickfootie and I would get the injury examined by a dr. I have tried both Animal Flex, as well as SuperCissus and I have to say that, personally, the Animal Flex is the only thing I have found to take away pain in my wrist from a TFCC ligament tear. I have taken both supplements at the same time, but found no added benifit from doing that. My vote would be for animal flex.
Any information I give you is just that, information; it is not the permission to take any supplement or partake in any illegal activity.

Possibly not. However all the ingredients within AF has some background association with joint aid. SuperCissus has a lot of background info on bone fracture healing and virtually nothing on joint aid but people who have used Cissus have said it aids in some relief or seems to strengthen. So theoretically the AF is complete with ingredients that have background info on joint aid.

I like Osteo-Sport's formula especially the inclusion of CMO which is an ingredient that we also use in Flex.
What oxidation issue? Are you talking about the brown coloring that was on some of the tablets? If so that was from the coating on the softgel that was rubbing against the tablets, we changed the coating so that doesn't happen a while ago.Free Agent

Cissus is a solid joint supp. I take it everyday. 2 caps in the morning and one cap at night. Load it first (6 caps a day) then go to normal dosages. That works best IMO.
