    How long does bulking last?
    How long does cutting last?

    How much weight should you be gaining when bulking?
    How much weight should you be losing during cutting?

    bulking lasts as long as you want it to
    cutting lasts until you are satisfied

    Aim for around 1 - 1.5lb/week if youre a noobie.
    Depends on how heavy a deficit you want to cut on.

    Yeah what they said

    Just remember the slower you do it the better it is, for example bulking - gain more mass but very very less fat
    Cutting - lose alot of fat but very very less muscle

    Though that's if you have patiences
