Let me say first that a few years ago, before I had problems with my thyroid, I had great results with my workout routine, eating plan, and taking hydroxycut.
Since then, my thyroid set me back and I gained a lot of weight back and I'm on the
road to get back to what I had previously. Doing some research on here by putting up some posts about diet and finally remembering my old diet, I came to remember that I was using hydroxycut. I think it was hydroxycut extreme but I'm not sure I remember the brand. So now my thyroid speeds up my heart and I have to take medication to keep my thyroid in check which in turn keeps my heart beat normal. I am debating taking them again, since I got such great results.
Now let me stress what I was doing nutritionally on a daily basis since I'm not sure if it was my diet and exercise or also the hydroxycut fat burner.
Breakfast: Protein drink
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Light lunch, all healthy and usually 250 to 400 calories.
After workout: Protein drink
Dinner: Controlled dinner and nothing bad. Also a healthy meal.
I would take the hydroxycut right after my morning protein drink, after lunch, and when I finished dinner if I remembered. It really helped suppress my appetite as well so I would not beige, but I’m debating taking some CLA for the tonalin as an
alternative for that. This is not counting simple drinks like water and tea of course.
So I know, that by nature some of you will immediately say no. To be honest, I wish I could address some doctors or scientist with this question, so I could get an unbiased fact based or tested opinion. So if possible, I would prefer only
responses form those who used these types of products or have some sort of expert or professional opinion. I'm debating getting a non caffeine based version if one exists.
I'd prefer educated responses if possible. I'm really not seeking stuff unsupported responses like "don't do it", "use they work", or "trust me".
Thanks in advance.
