    Well afternoon all, I am back here at work again........... well slept pretty good was up at 0230hrs again, ready to hit the gym......

    *0300 preworkout with infinite whey, oats (WG), arganine and creatine
    ELIPTICAL= 15 minutes, 4.5rpm, 1. mile
    *0400 1.5 scoops of JUGGERNAUT, during TREADMILL= 30 minutes, 3.0-3.5mph, 5% incline, 1.5 miles

    CHEST AND TRICEPS

    All in all still excellent pumps, energy, stamina, still mixes greatly, im still stoked about JUGGERNAUT, still by dfar the best PREWORKOUT drink, hands down....

    *0900 4oz Pork on a whole grain bun, 4oz orange pepper, 1/2 cup cottage cheese low fat
    *** already gone thru a gallon of water***

    Its noon now and i think im gonna have my lunch now, then a another PM workout, I'm leaning towards a lite back workout, and some more cardio and crunches...... oh how i do love duty days.... i always get a second workjout in...........

    I will continue my diet and secondary workout later this weekend.......

    Dang boog! That's a lot of work for one day. I'd be affraid of burning muscle but if you're keeping your macros high I don't think you'll have to worry too much! I'm a little freaked because I burned around 2000 cals yesterday. Definitely should have taken in another 1000 cals than I did. Anyway keep it up as you always do!

    Well the bright side is that tomorrow is a new day and is gonna be back on routine of diet and chest and tri's.....

    Its noon now and i think im gonna have my lunch now, then a another PM workout, I'm leaning towards a lite back workout, and some more cardio and crunches...... oh how i do love duty days.... i always get a second workjout in...........

    I will continue my diet and secondary workout later this weekend.......
