    how is my cut diet.....

    5'5 170 lbs 17% bodyfat. trying to cut on about 1800 calories

    I would lose the carb-packed breakfast and add some more fat into that. All those carbs in the morning will spike your insulin which is not good.

    So slightly less protein (200ish), way less carbs (sub 100 ideally) and replace the rest with fats. Drink lots of water also.
