Well I'm feeling in a helpful mood, so I'll try and give some good advice, although you really can't beat chloroform.
First, there's no way to assure getting laid...unless you take a hooker to prom! The best thing you can do is create a situation where hooking up is most possible. This means:
-You must have a place lined up where you two can go alone
-you MUST have protection handy
-alcohol is a must
-flirt a lot
-get her alone at your planned location and make some moves...if you get some then great...if you get shot down, well you'll live...I have and so has every other guy
Throughout the night and even ahead of time, you need to flirt with her bigtime and make sure this flirting involves lots of touching so she's comfortable with you. Dance with her a lot and really milk it on the slow dances(not in the way the previous posters have suggested...unless your date is REALLY cool). Get her drinking as soon as possible. This is essential because you need to give her an excuse to get with you. If she's drinking and loosened up, she can sleep with you and won't feel so much like a slut the next day...girls are weird but it's true. Once she's loose, then make up some reason to get her back to whatever sort of place you've hooked up where you can be ALONE! Many people blow getting laid simply because they have nowhere to go AND no protection...THOU SHALT WRAP IT!
