    you might not be required to run it for your sport, but anyone in decent shape can run that.

    and we had to run 1.5 mile in under 9:30 for HS basketball.

    the only thing i don't respect about any of these crazy athletes is their choice to survive on reduced sleep. that's just stupid. there's not getting around it, there's no physiological adaption, maybe just mental. you NEED 8 hours for complete recovery. just shortening your life. everything else is badass though.
