Whey Cheap is still having serious issues with either 1. The price jumping throughout the day and 2. items not being added to cart.

Even if the price jumps, you should still honor the lower one if we call up and ask. Dont just say it never happened . . .

Im posting here because I am seething mad right now. I placed and order for 3 items a few days ago. I made sure to verify all the items said "in stock" before ordering. I received 2 of the products on my order in less then 24 hours (AWESOME!) however the 3rd item was not included in the package. I go on the order status page and see that it hadnt shipped and was considered to be a 2nd package. I went on to the live chat help and the rep told me it was on back order and would be shipped in 7 - 14 days!!! this is completely unacceptable. Had I known this, I wouldnt have placed the order. Now I have to wait for this item for 2 weeks and my current bottle runs out well....TODAY. Now I have to drag my ass to Vitamine Shoppe and pay 25% more then I should have to for low quality fish oil. Just very frustrating.
So my suggestion is PLEASE KEEP UP TO DATE WITH WHAT IS IN STOCK AND WHAT IS NOT.

fyi, Image Product ads in the right sidebar always link to any random product other than the one displayed, that has been a problem for a long long time now though

This was a store issue that has now been fixed. The product had a slight reformulation so we discontinued the old one and couldn't get the new one up before the product was gone from the site. This has been fixed.

FINALLY, finally we have 100% fixed the new product issue with our new system! New products are up. The entire category management/purchasing team is reviewing our new product process so we are ALWAYS the first to have new products up.

This is completely unacceptable! I apologize for the problem.
Trust me, I hate this more than you do. In fact, my wife hates this more than both of us put together. She orders a lot of products from the site (including a lot of weird children vitamins and clothing items) and when this happens to her, I'm forced to sleep on the couch for three nights in a row. My sore back reminds me each time that I stand up that we need to get this fixed for good.
I'm glad your first items got there in 24 hours. For USA orders, we always ship out what we can today, at no extra shipping charge to you. We pay the extra fees, which we should.
Most of the time our "in stock/on backorder" notices are accurate, but in some rare circumstances, two people place an order for the last bottle of something and only one wins.
Working on this right now. I apologize. I will sleep on the couch tonight in your honor.
This is a known issue that usually only happens if you have multiple browsers open with BB.com in both of them. I just tried it and it worked okay for me. We have a fix for this and we are going to put it in place soon. Placed my first order with bb.com a week and a half ago, with the 8-20 business day international delivery and received it today. Everything went smooth and I look forward to shopping here again.
My question is in regards to the 2 free sample products available. My next order is going to be for a little over $300 before shipping. Are we limited to 1 free sample of each per order, or for larger orders any chance of getting a couple of each? I missed out on the days of plentiful free samples lol. If not, I understand. Just thought I'd ask.

I realize these things happen especially when you have 3 huge warehouses with 3323409233 supplements in each one. i can understand it would be hard to keep current. I have placed an order three weeks ago, and it has been placed on backorder for the duration of this time. I tried numerous times to email bodybuilding.com to ask how much longer my order will take, but just seemed to get automated responses saying that they are undergoing difficulties. Yesterday i received an email stating that one of the products i ordered is no longer being continued by the manufacturer, but didn't state which one specifically, so i emailed back asking which one it is, so perhaps I can exchange it for another, but i still haven't heard anything. But my main questions is what is happening to my order? Surely it doesn't take three weeks to figure this all out.
