I just finished a one month bulk:
2800 cals/80-100g fat/250-350g carb/200-260g pro
gained two pounds in 30 days
Starting to cut:
2250 cals/80-90g fat/150-200g carb/200-230g pro
My question is my maintance needs, I've gone over and over this and it seems that @12% fat and exercise level I am supposed to be at 2497 cal. main. and cut 2248 cals. Does that seem right for a 27 year old male that weighs 180lbs???
Also, I am doing IF diet with a 16/8 fast/eat and then using IIFYM to include my goals during the eat time...can anyone offer advice or am I correctly approaching this just need to give it time???
