French Toast, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich

Mustard Crusted Tilapia, Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Brown Rice, Butter Beans

Pasta Bread Bowl with Italian Sausage and Mozzarella

I didn't use that ragu in the background,

    Amazing.

Crust came out perfectly. I made sure to knead the dough for 13 minutes this time to make it "chewier." I did have a problem shaping it into a bowl so I had to use a dish to mold it.

And again, I sucked at getting it into a uniformly thick circular shape...anyone have any tips?

The only nice thing about Red Velvet is its colour. It's probably a cake that I think has the least amount of taste. Some recipes use no red food colouring so as to let the natural vinegar-cocoa process reveal the redness thus giving it a more cocoa flavour but even then I've always liked to make it for the aesthetics. Most of the time I find the icing has to be great as to carry it.

It was my usual pizza dough.....I picked a good time to nail it perfectly . I do use regular all purpose flour though and I want to get some bread flour at the grocery store the next time I'm there and see how big a difference it will make.

For this it was 1/2 cup flour, 1tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 warm water, and a little less than half a packet of yeast. I dissolved the water in the yeast and then mixed it with all the other ingredients, kneading for 13 minutes. I then let it sit for about an hour and ten minutes.

For the inside, I boiled 3oz of pasta for 9 minutes, browned 2 oz of Italian sausage in a pan and then finished them off in a small pot of marinara sauce.

The next part I had to improvise, as it wasn't easy to shape the dough into a bowl, so I took a small oven-safe bowl and draped the stretched dough over it. I spread another 1/4 cup over the bottom of it and then put the pasta mixture inside and topped with 3oz of mozzarella.

Cooked on 450 degrees for about 9 minutes, but I prefer my crust on the softer side.

    Enjoy
    I protest this fraud

brownies are supposed to be flat and not cake-like

Thank you for pointing that out. However, if you've ever made low/no fat brownies you'll know what I mean. Brownies are supposed to have a bit of rise, not be flatter than roadkill. I imagine subbing in oil for some of the apple sauce would make a difference, however I'm interested to see if anyone can suggest another method of allowing them to bake "up" a bit without adding too much fat. Not because I am afraid of the fat fairy, because I want more room in macros for PB on top.

Truth. I'm just a sucker for a good cream cheese icing.

Don't know about anyone else but your picture is way too close to the food. It's hard to appreciate it when you can't even see the whole thing.
