Improving on my protein fluffs, this one was awesome!
This is 50ml skim milk, 40g whey, 200g frozen strawberries with some cinnamon on top: 260 cals (35p/18c/4f)
Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

Works out very nice! Maybe it depends on the whey flavor you use? this was 'cream & cookie' so it was kind of apple pie like, with strawberries! However after trying all kinds of different fruits, whey's and other stuff you can't really go wrong with fluff in my experience.

And for what I had at work...left home with 500-700 cals to fit macro's, but didn't care if I went over from all the extra cals burned from my labor yesterday...
Today, I literally got paid to eat....chilled at a wedding for 5 hours, waiting to basically lock doors, turn off lights, and park some golf carts...I <3 my job
This was either a sirloin or fillet with mushrooms, and swordfish...middle was mashed potatoes and some fancy thing on top...was BOMB!
Half eaten snickers from fellow co-worker
First piece of wedding cake
Second piece of wedding cake
Tried all the choco desserts at least once, and the yellow desserts on the left corner of the choco tray...they were something with apple....BOMB
Took home the top of the wedding cake...guess bride and groom were too busy getting hammered and gettin ready for their night.......kaBOOM!
Oh, and took these...we have boxes that are full in our kitchen, so I thought I'ld stock up...hope they don't notice...

The burger was pretty damn good. I wish I would have had more than 30 minutes to enjoy it though. The fries were good as well, but I'm not a huge fan of chili on my fries.
Haha, I have a massive sweet tooth so I would kill to eat some of their sweet death inducing concoctions they've made.
Man I love oats. I honestly considered staying home and having oats and B&J's instead. But thanks bro.
Thank you sir, was good indeed. Located in Bethlehem, PA.
Pretty sure it was like 1500 calories, tops. So yeah, fit her in fine.
...notsrs. I did run over 12 miles earlier in the day, and since IFing, it was my only meal for the day, but I'd say I still went just a tad overLast edited by TH611; 06-05-2011 at 08:07 AM.

I've been cutting for some time now, and I finally found my breakthrough completely healthy dessert platter. It has been great for curing my cravings!
I made a cinnamon raising version of Hunter's muffins, with my very own healthy cinnamon roll, along with my homemade protein chocolate icecream. All 3 desserts contain whey protein and no sugar/butter/white flour, etc!

Hey, for those who eat Greek yogurt, can you comment on the taste between that and cottage cheese? I'm going to the super market soon and I was seeing if it was worth the switch. Cottage cheese is ok, but it seems that you can make a hell of a lot more dessert dishes with Greek yogurt.

Not that I'm very curious to see protein baked stuff (I have done it myself, and I like it, but there is only so much you can do with it..), but it's more fun to look at something that resembles a brownie or a small cake than at some guy who thinks he deserves a Michelin star because he managed to pour yoghurt, some kids cereals, and Smarties into a bowl without cutting off his fingers :P.
