I've mixed pumpkin and banana before. IMO, I think it's good. Pumpkin is a very versatile, sweet flavor.

No cream, when you blend Cottage, it comes fluff itself, taste is awesome, if you want to add some fruit, you can do it, i would say 50g-100g for the 400g cottage. Taste awesome and it has a texture like ice cream, it is heavier than protein fluff, it is creamy....

Interesting. Never thought. I might try mixing in a scoop or two of chocolate ON 100% casein for pre-bedtime. Maybe throw a banana in there too. I see people do peanut butter a lot, maybe I should try a splash of that... might as well eat real ice cream now.

Hmm... that $300 KitchenAid Artisan might actually be getting some use now.

In request for a lemon cream pie recipie using xtreme formulations lemon cream pie protein powder! I'm thinking:
Crushed graham crackers & butter as the crust, and then make sludge out of almond milk & XF LCP 2.0 and pouring that into the crust.
Refrigerate

Any thoughts? Should I add some cream cheese to the sludge mixture?

Check that thread. I've found the LCP + GY is really good; maybe use that as your base. The sourness of the GY goes really well with LCP, IMO.

So the biggest complaint I heard from people about the Oddball pumpkin pie was that some people don't really like pumpkin to begin with. I thought that was a pretty silly reason to not enjoy some pie. I changed up a bunch of things in the recipe and attempted a banana cream pie type of thing. Pretty legit.

I understand some of you may or may not want the recipe/changes.. I don't mind giving them up, but I would rather you guys wait until I repeat it and play with the ratios a tiny bit. It was a little more firm than the pumpkin, basically giving the texture a bit less of a true pie texture. I think I can nail it given some time though.
