Guess the macros and the price are virtually the same thing. Just leaves the subjective measure of taste (which you already weighed in on).

the soft feeling is because its a “light ice cream” meaning low fat with a higher air content by volume. Hence the reason Ben and Jerry’s is much more dense then say Edy’s. Theres a difference between Dairy Dessert, Light Ice Cream, Ice Cream (premium ice cream), sorbet, etc… watch this video, fast forward to 1:15

for some it may be more then you wanted to know about ice cream, but i find this stuff interesting.

Looks standard, so I won't post pic.. but I'm having:
    - 150g FFGY Vanilla
    - 60g Choc. whey protein
    - Natty Coconut Butter (idk it was in a sample pack)

Someone.. please.. please tell me why I let myself stay so unaware of FFGY for so long? Amazing.. great texture.. amazing macros.. where has this been my whole life..

CHOBANI, at any regular grocery store. Much cheaper then ***e, Stoneyfield Farms, Oikos, or any others i’ve seen. Also available at Costco, BJs and Sams. They sell the plain in large containers too.

note:quick oats worked best but i tried with old fashioned and it worked as well but it was a bit harder to work with but the texture was better
note 2: dont use too much water or else the crust has the texture of a bowl of oats

    50g oats
    1 egg white
    1/3c water
    paprika, cumin, chipotle, etc

mix and let sit overnight to soak up water. mix up then put in a hot pan and spread as thin as possible. when it is ready, flip it over. make sure it gets nice and crispy. then u use it like a regular pizza crust/flatbread and bake with toppings until cheese is melted

Gooey peanut butter fluffernutter w/ chocolate spread:

Step 1: Lay down a low carb/high fiber whole wheat tortilla, spread 4 T natty pb, add whipped cream:

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Step 2: Add chocolate spread (2 T cocoa powder, add stevia to taste, little water. PHENOMENALLY decadent):

Step 3: Toss on hot pan for < 30 seconds, flip, 15 more seconds, remove from pan:

    Step 4: Profit:

No $$ shot, was messy as hell!! But insanely delicious.
