Well. Explanation in German, since your English isn't the best. If you can't answer me in proper German we'll know that you're a troll, which is what I believe, to be honest .

ha yea Im used to measuring everything in grams but that piece of salmon was a little too big to fit on my scale. I bought 2lbs so I just eyeballed it and had half. Im trying to be less concerned about being off a few cals here and there. 1lb sounds better too lol.
I wasnt going to say anything and was waiting for someone else to lol. I didnt know they made asparagus pudding lol.
75g flour
25g oats
50g unsweetened applesauce
420g peaches
1/2 tsp baking powder
about half a cup almond milk
cinnamon
splenda
Vanilla Maple Arctic Zero on top
This was almost fat free. Just trace amounts of fat from the oats and almond milk. This was my first attempt. It would be nice to have the crumbly top but I think that requires butter/brown sugar. It was good none the less. Will experiment more in the future.Last edited by Slovation; 05-11-2011 at 09:47 AM.

Last nights pre bed proats:
This mornings apple, cinnamon and egg white oats:
Steak, Sweet Potatoes and Squash with cinnamon, baked onion and broccoli:
First attempt at protein fluff. Didnt have a hand blender thing, so i got creative:
Sweet Black cherry and Chocolate Isolate Fluff. Dam this was good!!
Some serious volume in that thing!
Couldnt quite control my excitement when I saw this bad boy at the supermarket either. New flavour for me to try! Will be saving some calories for this tonight.

I cooked the peaches stove top with splenda/cinnamon till they softened up and almost kind of caramalized. Mixed all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Sprayed an oven safe pan with pam. Layed out about 3/4 of the peaches, poured the batter over, then put remaining peaches on top. Baked at 350 for about 18 or so mins.556/325/622 - 1504 total raw @ 193
