New life, new eats. I do not know how much willpower I will have to keep the blog active, as I will be quite busy in the future, but at least I will try my best!

I added the pictures here, but because I uploaded them to wordpress they were HUGE, so I had to take them off.

Awesome combo: saltiness of the tuna with the sweet tangy-ness of the blueberries with the veggies adding their flavors.

I bet it's good. Another favorite combo which is somewhat similar is chicken salad with pieces of grapes and walnuts mixed in. It's the bomb.

Doesn't really sound like a winning combo to me, but there is only one way to find out. Sometimes flavors can surprise you. Do it and report back.

Interesting. Never thought. I might try mixing in a scoop or two of chocolate ON 100% casein for pre-bedtime. Maybe throw a banana in there too. I see people do peanut butter a lot, maybe I should try a splash of that... might as well eat real ice cream now.

Hmm... that $300 KitchenAid Artisan might actually be getting some use now.

In request for a lemon cream pie recipie using xtreme formulations lemon cream pie protein powder! I'm thinking:
Crushed graham crackers & butter as the crust, and then make sludge out of almond milk & XF LCP 2.0 and pouring that into the crust.
    Refrigerate
    ????
    Profit???

Any thoughts? Should I add some cream cheese to the sludge mixture?
    Reps for any helpful advice

Check that thread. I've found the LCP + GY is really good; maybe use that as your base. The sourness of the GY goes really well with LCP, IMO.

    Macros for pie alone:

Macros for pie with meringue topping:
    93P/102C/26F

I understand some of you may or may not want the recipe/changes.. I don't mind giving them up, but I would rather you guys wait until I repeat it and play with the ratios a tiny bit. It was a little more firm than the pumpkin, basically giving the texture a bit less of a true pie texture. I think I can nail it given some time though.
Bro what is the recipe of your pie/pancake stuff? looks good man

Brah, please.. undo the pic quote. You are going to get negged so hard.. if you have a question on a specific recipe feel free to PM me.

Also, on off days I sacrifice carbs for more fat. I love fats.

Today I decided on a chocolate peanut butter "fritatta" that tasted like and had the texture of chocolate cake.

    42g of fat.
