I agree... when your lifting moderate to slightly heavy weights. I know when I used to go heavy I'd psyche myself up by some yelling... but that was mainly for sets of threes or maxes. then again that was in a team gym and everyone was encouraging the lifts. I don't, however, like screaming in public gyms- but I'm fairly sure Dorian has a stake or some type of ownership in that gym. I saw an ad for temple gym with him endorsing it.

I agree. similar to martial arts ideology, the chi is the essence of intensity in your gut. I, too grunt, but never scream in public. I mean, if you're at home or at a friends house and it works, why not?

In that video, is it edited so you don't see the time spent between sets? Or, because Dorian's workout were typically around 1 hr long, does the video show him doing the entire workout from the first set, between sets, between exercises to the last set? To include Leroy "Diesel" Davis's portion of the workout??
