I am 5'7 175 pounds, I am roughly 18% bodyfat. I lift a lot, but was wondering what would be a good bodyfat % for all my muscles to start popping out a lot more. Like 5-10%?

Why do you care what number people think you will look defined at?
Just look in the mirror and if you think you are defined, then yay, you are at the bodyfat you need to be at to have reached your goal. If not, then lose some fat. The actual number is worthless.http://www.missingkids.com/cybertip/
