Couldnt help myself when I lifted with my OG homie. Hes fun to lift with.
Hes competing in a meet march 9th, definitely going to check it out.
He said my 260 would have been legit in a meet which is cool.
Feeling good in the gym right now just trying to ride the wave.

Thanks Mitch.. I was surprised the shxt out of myself. I was going for 2 and I had 1 left in the tank.
I try to track 5 days a week on my work days. Workout days are usually 200p / 275c / 60f and rest days are 200p/ 150c / 80f. Trying to follow the lean gains protocols. On my 2 days off I eat anything and whatever amount but I still stick to the 1pm - 9pm window.
Im really not that hungry on days I dont workout. I stopped doing all cardio too and I weighed in at 165.2 yesterday.

My favorite burger spot The Counter.. Came out with a "Mammoth Burger". Smashed in 5 minutes. The bartender hooked us up with this new drink he was making. Had brownie bites, ice cream, jameson, and something else.. It was bomb. Let us pick the name too, we ended up calling it the Brownie Bomb.

Mitch what up! Im making chins a priority again with there own day.
The RVC pop tarts were alright. Wouldnt buy again and Im pretty much over poptarts now. There good if you need to smash quick calories though at the end of the day.

- Very happy with the pulls. Up 5 pounds on each set. I might have hit 6 on the 370 set but I couldnt remember just that it was hard as FUUUUUU. The 3rd rep of 420 took just a little bit to lock out.
