Here's the thing, my right bicep is high peak with not much length and my right forearm is quite large. However my left bicep is slightly longer and forearm much smaller in comparison to the right. Now I do the same excersizes for each arms, same sets and reps; could this uneveness be attibutied to masturbating? I ask this because the short repeated motion of masturbating could shorten the bicep head, and people think that it is good for the forearms, where my left is lacking (im right handed)

Masturbation doesn't cause unevenness (it might, but not so much), just the fact that you are right-handed is what causes it. You use your right hand more than your left on a day to day basis, so in turn this "strengthens" it more than your left.
I am right-handed as well, and I suffer the same issue. To fix this, just try using your left hand to do some things that you would normally do with your right...its a challenge, but it should correct the imbalance...plus it helps sharpen your mind.

Start with your weaker arm, use dumbbells and stop using barbells for the time being, use the maximum weights for your weaker arm that you can lift with PROPER form, and they will even out! Trust me, I fixed an inch and a half that way. Do not skip your stronger arm, and don't follow that 2 and 1 set bull, these will only worsen your problem.

I had a friend that would ask me these questions about a bowling ball causing one arm to be bigger. No. You bowl with one arm because you are genetically more dexterous with that one arm. Bowling balls. Jerking off. It's all the same. You are just better with one hand. You can try and unilaterally train and bring the weaker arm up.
