Body Fat Estimation Please

Hey i am currently on a cutting phase atm and i would like to ask a few question for guidance value only.

Estimation on body fat?

i current have a 33" waistline, estimation on final waistline @ 10% BF?

estimation on lbs needed to loose to reach 10% BF?

possible to get to 10% BF for june/july?

i'd say around 15-16% and if you trained hard i suppose you could get near 10% for july

16-20% not very accurate but no leg or side photos

defintely no more that 20% though

12-14% could probably be achieved by mid/end of June

12% and below will take much longer

16-18% IMO. you should be able to get down to atleast 10-12% by july.

You don't have very much muscle, so you would probably have to get down to under 130 lbs if you want to achieve 10% by July. 16-18% sounds about right. For me to go from 13% (32.5 inch waist, so similar waist, but I was far more defined than you at that weight) to around 9-10% now (29.5 inch waist) took me 3 months and 17 pounds just to give you an idea. And I lost very little muscle (when from 44 inch chest to 43 inch and 15.1 inch arms to 14.9inch arms).

Edit: That being said, 10% by July doesnt sound too realistic, because you would have to lose 10 pounds/month (which Idk if you want to do that, but up to you)
