OK. The "rules" this isn't really a "competition" but a great way to help keep you on track for your weight loss goals.
The Feb 1st to May 1st thread was a great place for everyone to share experiances, recipies, workouts, ideas ect. that they discovered or are using to loose weight.
I enjoyed that aspect of the thread. I'd like to keep it going.
All I need is a PM with the header "weigh in" on Sunday May 1st & sometime Monday while i'm "working hard" lol! i'll post the spreadsheet with everyone's name on it.
It's gonna suck with sunday morning being the weigh in day but I know it's going to be on my brain every weekend & remind me that moderation is key.
I'll update the spreadsheet monday's & post it.

You know, I have to say that posting pictures is an excellent motivation, along with challenges/support groups like this. There is nothing more real that seeing what your fat ass looks like, literally. Of course, everyone is different, but actually seeing how fat I was in my back view was a shocker and certainly helped me. But if you don't, definitely do measurements every two weeks or so (for yourself), in addition to weighing yourself. Losing fat is about so much more than the scale.

SWEET!!! I've been waiting for this thead. lol I have done a couple in the past and they helped me greatly. Haven't dropped out of one yet. Lost my job and let life get to me. Fell flat on my face and need something like this to get me back on my feet. I will PM with height and weight May 1st...
