    Pyramid Set

    I am thinking about adding pyramid sets to my chest routine.
    So my question is should I do pyramid sets for every exercise?
    Or just for presses and not flyes?

    Not all of them. I mean i'll do them as a warmup and as a end sequence

    i would only do a pyramid on compound lifts but thats just me
    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible

    WHEN I START BACK LIFTING IM COMING BACK ---> FULL FORCE
