    Advice

I'm looking for advice. I have recently got back into clean eating and working out. But with working 2 jobs it's difficult to find time to exersice.

I work from 6am-230pm and then again at 630pm- 11pm. I usually went home and rested from 3pm-
4pm and went to the gym around 430 to about 530. I found my self extremely exaushted from lack of sleep and rest. I cleaned up my diet alot and lost around 13 pounds, with exercise here and there.

Any advice for me would be helpful. Thank you!!!

well, you are working 13 hours a day, say you sleep 8 hours a day, then there is only 3 hours left for you to eat and workout and do other things in your life. you got very tough schedule, not sure what to advice you. thats life ,everything has a opportunity cost. you either give up some hours at work, from your workout or from your private time.

Maybe get something with caffeine like coffee before working out, that may give you the needed boost to make it through workout. If you are not sensitive to stimulants you could even try a preworkout. But start with coffee cause it's cheaper and it may do the trick.
