    Dumbbell Chest Press and fly on 2 chair?

    can i lie on chair and put my legs on another chair and do dumbbell chest press or fly on it? as i don have a bench and i don want to do on floor as i scared i don get full range of motion

    I Mean is it like when you doing on a bench. it it the same range of motion when u get full range of motion when u doing it on 2 chairs

    It won't be the same, but that shouldn't matter. Also going to add if you're working out at home, do dips, and lots of them.

    Well, It'l probably do the same as a bench, wont be as comfortable though. And also, it doesnt sounds too safe, both for shoulders and because its not stable. I recommend you either do it on the floor (safest way), or just use a wooden plate and place it against a chair at a low angle, should give you the range of motion. Personally I do a combination of both, and it works great.

    Can i put 3 pilliows and some books on the floor and do dumbbell chest press or fly and will it get same range of motion like you doing on a bench?
