    I'm 19 about 170lbs 5ft 10.5.

    Currently curl a 15kg (33lbs) dumbell for 3 sets of 10 reps,( well that's only one arm exercise, i do a lot more including barbell curls) am concentrating on form and not strength, i have curled a 22Kg (48lbs) dumbell for 2 sets of 8 reps but my form was off.

    Barbell 41kg (90lbs) for 8 sets of 10-12 reps and have curled 50kg (120lbs) for 6 sets of 10 reps with bad form.

    I don't seem to get any stronger so perhaps when i buy more weights i'll use a rep range of 6 reps.

    I curl 40 pound dumbbells with good form for many reps. I find that my arms grow better with lighter weight and higher reps though. I don't see bicep curls as a heavy exercise.

    Never tried to 1RM a curl, lol.

    Don't really DB curl that much anymore, bugs one of my shoulders when heavy (even when strict)

    Used a 75 when I was simply testing out which weight to use. I BB curl with the 7 ft bar
