Is loading creatine safe?
Is the loading phase with Creatine necessary to experience any benefits?
You can reach the same creatine saturation point by taking one serving of Creatine for 30 days as you would from loading for 5 days, but most people aren't interested in waiting a month for results they could see in a week or less.
When I read that I instantly got interested in loading creatine. So basically I take 15-20 grams of creatine for 7 days then switch over to 5g, and is this safe? And does creatine give you some strength like a pre-workout (not saying it's the same)?
And which creatine would you recommend?
I was thinking ON Creatine, recommend me a few others you consider is in the top.
And it's totally harmless to 15 year old?

No need to load creatine. At 15 you should be focusing on food

1 gram of ON Micronized Creatine is literally less than a cent. I'm fine with using an extra gram. Yes, but I'm assuming that's probably leveled off. I don't take the time to level my scoops, I just throw in whatever is in the spoon, which is normally a little more than 5g I'm sure
